If for any reason you are not satisfied with your items, then simply return to us in unused condition within 7 days for an exchange or refund of the full purchase price excluding the original postage cost. You are required to pay the return postage unless your item was received and was faulty or damaged.
Items that are received damaged will be refunded or replaced. All we ask is that you email a photograph to us so that we can see the damage.

SHIPPING INFO
We ship UK orders within 1-3 working days after an order is placed. All standard deliveries will be sent Royal Mail or our courier service and usually take within 2-4 business days.
Orders placed after 5pm will be dealt with the next working day. Orders placed on a weekend, will be dealt with the following Monday.
